has spark just bought,

have you got your fl250 running if not and you have a good spark take the plug out and pour a little mixed fuel down the spark plug hole then put it back on and it should fire up atleat long enough to burn that fuel off i had the same problem with mine let me know how it goes

If you have spark, take your exhaust off, then try to start it. I had the same problem. I ended up cutting the exhaust apart, cleaning it out, then welded it back together, starts on first or second pull and runs great.
