I just purchased a 2002 cr 250. It has a pro circuit pipe and silencer. I rejetted it to the manuals specs for this winter. Air screw 1 1/2 out, 35 slow jet, a 6BEY31-73 needle in the middle clip position, and a 400 main. After running wide open and rolling off the throttle I pull in the clutch the bike surges. Could this be a air leak, float height, jetting? Where should I start. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
