I have a 2000 XJ Sport with the automatic tran. When the weather is REALLY cold (like below 0 for a couple of days...like it has been for the last couple of days) the shifter does not want to shift into Park. If I let it run for some time(15-20 minutes) then it can be shifted into Park. Any ideas? Any help appricated. Thanks.

Best guess would be that it sounds like you need to adjust the linkage.
