I have a 1997 Polaris Xplorer 500 which is suppose to be the same parts wise as all the other 500's the problem I have is the front hubs do not always engage. I have swapped the button on the handlebars, taken the hub assembly apart and cleaned the magnets are working. Does any have any suggestions or has anyone had the same problem. I would greatly appreciate it.
