1995 Land Rover Discover Help!!

Im having a problem with my swaybar touching my drive shaft when i go over a tiny bump. as it sits the swaybar is about 2in from touching the drive shaft. and u all will know how sturdy the swaybar is and if it hit the drive shaft hard enough it will snap it.. And its already happend once with me..

Im not able to lower it. and i dont want to take it off since its my dd. any suggestions on wat to do???

any feedback at all i would appreciate.. also how do i get my stereo reset code?
