So, Ive got a 1979 Yz400f. I'd like to make the bike street legal but its not equipped to provide lighting power. I was given the idea that I could swap out my stator for an 1979 IT400 stator. Seems like a solid bet to me but I have no idea. Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing? Thanks for the help guys.
