I currently have a 1978 CJ7 and don’t have the brackets to mount the rear seat. I was thinking about building a box to mount the seat and give me some storage. Has anyone done this or have any suggestions. I would just try and build a box but I don’t have access to the Jeep at the moment so I can’t just measure and try something. Because I’m impatient I’d like to have the box built before I get the Jeep back. So any ideas are appreciated. Thanks

I bought wrangler seats for my CJ7 and welded up brackets based on the wrangler brackets. I bought the rear wheelwell brackets for a wrangler so I can use the fold and tumble feature.
