00 TJ Swap a 4speed Auto In, 3speed Auto Out

I want to junk my 3 speed auto and put in a 4speed out of a Cherokee. Can this be done? Is it a straight bolt in like I think it is? What about wiring and pcm's? Any help greatly appreciated.
