    I've got a 1991 xtra cab, 22re I'd like to get a confirmation on how to adjust the air conditioning idle up. I have found the VSV (vacuum switching valve) and see that it is connected by two vacuum hoses into an actuator with a large screw on top. That actuator goes into the intake manifold...
