Who.s Interested? GonZookin \'02

Yankee Tim and I would like to invite you all to the east coast GON ZOOKIN '02 event. I am posting this a little early to find out how big of a group we are going to have this year.
Instead of this becoming a large thread, please email me at [email protected]with your interest and group number. I am negotiating with Paragon right now on prices and also with a caterer. The bigger it gets the less expensive it is! As I get the Prices I will update everyone. Right now it should be less than $180 for three days with a catered dinner.
I will make a list of the names as i receive them and post it here daily. How long can we get it?

Re: Who\'s Coming ?

Boy, I'd like to come but for $180 that is alittle too high for me. What else do you get for $180 smackers?

Re: Who\'s Coming ?

So this will cover park fee's and 1 meal? camping fee's too?
The park has some of the best wheeling in this coast,
but We need to make sure to let Paragon know we want access
to the tough trails too. (Like M.) I plan on a few trips down next year, I hope to make this one of them.

Re: Who\'s Coming ?

I'll break it down this way. I have them commited to $35 a day for the park fees. Thats $20 less than last year. Trail guides are $125 a day and are for 10-15 people. Dinner will be $11.00 a head unless we get a count over 100 then it is $10 a plate. Camping should be $10 a night per person. The $180 was a high figure but I was also thinking about a breakfast buffet and possibly a second dinner. It would be nice not cooking much for the three days.
Also $180 would be for the driver only. Passengers would be a lot less. I think it is between $5 - $10 for the park and the meals and camping would be the same as the Driver.
Right now I'm looking for a head count. If we get 100 or more Zooks then we might be able to get guides thrown in for free. Paragon won't commit unless we could get an accurate headcount.
Glenn,
I am planning on a hardcore group, maybe 2 if we need to. That would cover all the 5+ trails. I know you and Max will be in those groups. I was thinking about doing some of the 3 rated trails just for fun in the water and mud along with the rocks. Can I count on you making it?

Re: Who\'s Coming ?

Dunno if I'll be there or not. Depends on how money goes and what time of the year it is. Also depends on if I get the swaps done, I'm not going to run the Crapini setup down there, and I'm not doing it on stock axles.

I'm also applying for a new job, so I may not even be able to go. We'll see when it gets closer.

Re: Who\'s Coming ? GON ZOOKIN 2002

180.00 , shat thats almost 300.00 Canadian plus a co-pilot?
Why not go to Sports in the roughs events for like 68.00?
They have 2 all you can eat breakfasts and 2 dinners. Plus a bunch of door prizes like winches and tires. I'd rather show up the Jeep crowd!!!!!!!1

Re: Who\'s Coming ? GON ZOOKIN 2002

Hopefully the price will come down some.
The more people interested the lower the price will be!
It is some awsome wheeling, you will really find your limits
at the parks. Make skidplates lots of them!
