Conversion of 2wd Tracker tranny to 4wd

My samurai is already set up with a 2wd Tracker tranny. I have been considering a dual T-case set-up.

How hard is it to add a Tracker T-case to a 2wd Tracker tranny?

The 2wd Tracker tranny has a "spacer" the size of a transfer case bolted to the back of the tranny. You just remove the spacer, and bolt the transfer case on to the back of the tranny. Rear drive shaft stays the same, front drive shaft gets bolted to the transfer case, up to the front diff.
