Tranfer Case stuck in gear

My transfer case will not shift out of 2 wheel drive. I've noticed from searching that in all of the postings I could find, bad shifter sheets caused it to hang in neutral. Is it possible for it to hang in 2 w/d?

Re: Tranfer Case stuck in gear

I had a problem with mine going back into 2wd and that's what it was. Bad shift sheet. 4H or 4L, no problem, 2H, forget it!
