Re: ok -29\'s it is .

I had a stock SJ410 and a stock Samurai with stock tires and I was able to go all over off road (within common sense). My current zuk has big tires on it.....mostly because it LOOKS best with them on!!

If you decide to do the gearing changes in the future, you can choose between a wide range of gearing/tire sizes.

Re: ok -29\'s it is .

i just got back from the tire shop, and the 29's look grate !
I did find a small problem and that is the shocks are to to long after the spring over and they are bottoming out. But i think that after the 2" OEM spring lift it should be ok.
After all it's just a tow/trail rig for behind the motorhome

Re: ok -29\'s it is .

I found nothing wrong with the 29s I had on my Sami. I wish I hadn't sold them to Yankee Tim. I'll probably pick up another set for my next project. What tire choice did you go with?

AARRRRRRRG! 1987 Red JX 'vert, 4.5 BREEZE SPOA, SJ410 T-case, 31 BFG M/T knock offs, extended shackles (1.6 - 16V eventually)
