LWB Sammi\'s

I most likely will own a LWB sammi by the end of today. Just curious as to the differences it has over the SWB. Mostly suspension and axle length. Will i be able to do the same type of modifications to a LWB as a SWB? Is it the same suspension setup? heavier spring pack in the back to compensate for the increased weight?
just lookin' for some help. thanks

Re: LWB Sammi\'s

They are only 99lbs heavier thats the only difference, anything you do to a short Samurai will work on a LWB. The rear driveshaft is the only difference in drivetrain,as long as you have that drive shaft you can swap the whole short Samurai drivetrain into a LWB. There is nothing like a SPOA on a LWB the ride is great on road you'll love it

Re: LWB Sammi\'s

... plus you have the space to put in a 2nd transfer ... that would be COOOOL

lots of people on this list sell the transfer at a reasonable price... think about it... just plumb it in, and shorten/lengthen the cardans ;o)
