The single sidedraft is a really good question. I think it would be good for our application. But, I believe they were developed for "high performance" applications, in which one throttle bore per cylinder was desirable. And they do work well, But I have also thought that one sidedraft would be adequate for fourwheeling. But maybe not....I am no Carb expert. And I do not know of anyone who sells the Webers already modified with the changed vent location. And I, personally, with my past modification experience, am not quite comfortable drilling a hole in a carb that is otherwise working well....with my luck, after I do the modification, it probably won't run well on the flats either!
