The stock carb curse

Man Ive had it w/ my 87 carb.Rebuilt the thing about 4 mos. ago and it still floods out and stalls on hills while wheelin makin me real conservative while runnin the trail.Do they all do this,or is it just a hex on mine??

I agree, probably just on yours. Mine ran fine until one day it decided to give me problems, then was dead. I swapped to a Pony and love the extra power, the Zuk really flies now.

You may have set the float level too high. Check in the
site glass on the side of the floatbowl. it should be in the
center. Another trick you can try os to install a fuel pressure regulator. You turn it down offroad and it should help. (Alot of hardcore Jeepers I know do this too.)
