Re: weber - pictures?

I just took one off of a new motor that I had gotten for mine. I don't have any pic's, but it was mounted on an adapter plate and was basicaly on there backwards. I still have the carb and a friend of mine said that it was off of a ford ranger if that tells you anything. sorry no pic's, but I hope I helped somewhat!

Re: weber - pictures?

Steve,
If I remember correctly you were asking about adding the Weber first or a header. If I'm right, how come you decided on carb before header? Just curious.

Re: weber - pictures?

yeah, that helps a little (i was hoping to see it with the open filter on top)

im really wondering how the accelerator cable is run, and how long the coolant line is that goes to the water line behind the pump... i would like to get this from the auto parts store before i get started working... anyone know how long it should be?

anything else i should know?

keep in mind that im not installing only a carb... im going to be installing the whole intake manifold setup with the carb already installed to the manifold... i know that most of the vaccuum lines are gone, but i think there are still a few...
