What coils do I need to use?

78 Ford F150 front axle > 94 Wrangler front axle. I know this is a question for the jeep board but I put it up there and those C0*^ su&*^%& have been ignoring me all day. I am about to go back and start a fight, but I thought before I did I would ask and see if anyone here could help me. Again all I need to know is what kind of coils to use. Blazer, bronco or whatever. ANY input would be appreciated. Thanks F_T
