Re: Are there any sammi 4x4 clubs in ohio

Jim, what part of Ohio? I think I asked that before but I can't remember. ANyway, I don't think that there is any Samurai clubs in Ohio that I know of, but I do know of a 4x4 club in Columbus that had a Zuk or two a few yrs back, I have not been in touch with them since I joined the military 4yrs ago. I can give a friend a call and see if they have a web-page or number that you can call! Other then that, I don't know of any other 4x4 clubs outside Columbus. Talk to ya later

howdy,
if i start up a club, whitch name should it be. Rough Riders, Zuk's of the Mid-West, Freedom 4X4, any ideas shoot them my way. then it's designing a logo and pricing the making of the logo, but i know of a couple of shops that i can get to help out.

Thanks fer your time,

Re: Are there any sammi 4x4 clubs in ohio

Would this club be exclusive for samurai owners only or would it be a 4X4 club for anyone who wants to join?

Re: Are there any sammi 4x4 clubs in ohio

howdy,
i had started the Rough Riders of Mason, OHIO when i owned a s-10 baja. but when i sold it to buy my uncle's sammi and two part sammis. i went back to the club that i had founded with a buddy of mine that works at AutoZone. i was not voted back in. i was told that a sammi suzuki could not hold ground with fords, chevys, yotas, and jeeps. they broke up in january, due to a membership fee problem. when i started the club the membership was free you just paid for your sticker and your trail fees. my ex-buddy took it in to hands and made everyone pay fee and prepay trail fees. i didn't do this because one day you can go but the next week something would come up, and he would not refund money.
but if i do start a club, it mite just be for zuki's (sammis, X-90s, sidekicks, trackers, and maybe even quads and dirt bikes). my idea for a club is not that of many others. why start a club if all you do is meet and not ride. why not ride and meet at the ride, and have meetings to decide when and where to ride. but in ohio you have two trails to really goto, haspin and badlands.

Thanks fer your time,

Jimmie & MONZUKI

Re: Are there any sammi 4x4 clubs in ohio

howdy,
it looks like i mite just be starting a club after all. there seems to be a need for a 4x4 club for sammis in OHIO. so i have been working on a logo, so tell me what you all think. it seems a little dinky, but if it was made with crome it would really jump out. now i just need to make up some club membership applications and start a website. so now i will get started.

Thanks fer your time,

Jimmie & MONZUKI
