Roll Overs Anonymous

Well, guess I should tell my lill treck into this club ;-)

Out wheeling sunday in Wellsville Oh, we werwe just going down a simple trail staddling the washout center in it as we came up to a stump on the side that stuck up about a foot I guess. Well, wanting to just have a lil fun I decided to go up the stump, then my truck decided to have a lil fun on my by droping the left front tire in the washout. WELL, with it being a down grade maybe 10-15* and on a lil cruve it slowly started leaning more and more till I realized hey I am going over .. haha talk about slow motion. Damage was minimal to the left rear corner, and to get it back up it took 2 towstraps a highlift jack, a little bit of pushing and bypassing the clutch switch. was pretty wild .. since it was a soft layover.

On another hill that gets the truck almost verticle, I had my truck sitting on its tailgate as it bounced from one side of the or the cresting point to the other side. Was pretty wild also .. was able to let completly off the brake as it just sat there bascily straight up

Re: Roll Overs Anonymous

I'm not a member of the "rollover" club yet but if/when I do become one I hope it's as gentle as yours. I've seen some Samis that have gone over and I'm amazed at how well they recover. Do you have any pics of your experience and/or the damage?

"Hi, uhhhh, my name is Pillard, and I'm an alcho-ROLL-ic".

(All in unison): "Hi, Pillard!"

"I'm been one for just a few weeks now..."(downcast head, unconscious shuffling of the feet). "It wouldn't be such a bad thing, but during my last roll, I took my wife down with me, (SOB!!). Despite the many times I apoligized to her, she said it was ok, that I should just seek help is all. I thought she meant I needed help to build my rig bigger and badder so it could make that hill next time! But alas, I have come to recognize my addiction for what it is, and here I am joining Roll Overs Anonymous..." (gasp, sob!)

Re: Roll Overs Anonymous

Yeah, my truck got tired and layed down in the trail once, too. It still has a couple of pillow marks on the side to prove it.
