Jeep mirror mod

Alright. I had removed my doors quite a few months ago and hadn't found any standard mirrors that worked well with no doors. My zuk had the large elephant mirrors on the door so these wouldn't work well for me. I also prefer not to drill holes into the body panels to mount mirrors I didn't like.

Anyways, I found some mirrors that work quite well on the zuk. These are mirrors which are designed for the 1976 to 1995 Jeep CJ and Jeep Wrangler. The cost is about $40 for a pair plus shipping. http://www.4wd.com didn't have them in stock so I had to go through http://www.jcwhitney.com.

The mirrors fit quite well just by flipping one of the brackets to get a better alignment with the bolts for the door hinge. The passenger mirror needs a slight adjustment to allow the angle to be set where you can see out of it. They had slight vibration which I will be adjusting for (it's kind of hard to do that now with only a front driveshaft which vibrates above 30mph).

Here's some pics.
