SJ 410 ??????

Hi guy's I got a couple of ??????

1.Will a Samurai 3rd member bolt right into a 410 housing?

2.Will a Samurai Lockright fit in a 410 carrier?

3.Will a GRSII/Samurai T-case fit in a....you guessed it! A 410?
4. what size engine did the 83 come with??

bill, i could be wrong, but if i remembe right, heres answers.

1 nope
2 dont think so
3 should
4 1.0 if i remember right

like i said, this is bases on lil memory i have on 410 history. if im wrong, somebody please enlighten me. anton????? anybody????

BBs correct on all counts.

The T-case will swap over but you'll have to change the flanges and reuse the e-brake. If you're into this kind of pain for the swap take all of the Samurai components and use the 410 frame. The springs on it are more inboard and you get KILLER flex.

AARRRRRRRG! 1987 Red JX 'vert, 4.5 BREEZE SPOA, SJ410 T-case (not sure how I like it), 29 Super Swampers (31 BFG M/T knock offs - eventually) AARRRRRRRG!
