That is not a JEEP! Its a Suzuki.
Are you planning to get bigger tires for it? If so then youll have to worry about the tires rubbing the body. What size are you planning to run?

Re: Help me plz im new :D

Anton is right.... It is a Samurai.

That, fortunately, is the only thing that kinda gets us a bit upset around here, though...

The bad thing is you can't go much beyond 215 R70-15s without nasty tire rubbing. he GOOD thing is that you CAN go offroading in it's stock condition and have some fun! (Just watch the big rocks...) So enjoy some suprisingly fun wheelin' as you save your money for that big moment when you spend money to raise your suspension and bolt on bigger tires!

Stick around, read posts and continue to ask questions!

I have just the answer you are looking for..... I'll sell you a complete "2 lift Calmini shackle reverse and give you enough room to fit 235/75/R15. E-mail me if you are interested.

Re: Help me plz im new :D

If you put a shackle lift on it (one inch total lift from a two inch larger shackle) and take a hammer and pound down the inside ridges on the firewall and inner fender flare you can run 31's without rubbing, depending on the backspacing of your rims, if you have stock rims forget about trying to avoid rubbing, itll hit on the springs full turn. With just a shackle lift you cannot take it off road without it rubbing once it gets stuffed in there. This is just for on road. So short story, 31's will stuff under there on road with a two inch shackle lift thatll net you a total of one inch in actuall lift. Easiest lift, no steering correction to make and everything else stays fine, just that the steering gets harder with any larger tire.... Hope that helps. And i dont give a rats ass if you call it a Jeep, looks close enough for government work, and it really is a copy of one so im told. I do like the fact its a hard top. They hold a special place in my heart. I think it looks to be in good shape too, should fix up really nice. Could you fill out your profile? People will check that and say "hey you live by me, wanna hook up and work on our rigs together?" Or something like, Hey Damage, we are going out wheeling, wanna tag along?" Its a usefull thing to have filled out. Any more questions, feel free to ask, remember there are no dumb questions, just dumb answers. Max

Re: Help me plz im new :D

i would go with the 2" longer shackles, but with 235/75/15... you will not get any rub...

its a "rounder" package

... and you are ready to go...

Welcome aboard Damage, As Max suggested, you should fill out your bio page now that your a member of the family. You mention you want tires but you really need to mention your intentions with your sammi and/or how big you want. Lots of great tires to choose from in any size you want. As far as calling it a jeep it's yours call it whatever you want God knows others will. Remember, it's all about fun so don't take anything too seriously. Happy Trails.

Re: Help me plz im new :D

If you are looking for all around superrior traction and $$ is not 100% important, consider the super swamper radial tires. They have a 27" tire that I THINK would fit on a 100% stocker zook. They are like 80 bux a tire though. GREAT off road traction, and since the zooks are soooooo light they are ok on wearing. A stock suzuki samurai with some good meaty tires is very hard to beat. I think it is universal that everyone admires a good stock zook.

got zook? I do, 88.5!

Re: Help me plz im new :D

Nice looking Zuk. I would venture to say that you are either in FL or Puerto Rico or maybe even somehwere like Guam. My customers in the Islands tend to call them Jeeps, so I would say that is where you are, and also the front plate is not stateside unless it is just for kicks or something. Got any questions, drop me an e-mail or call. ANd yes, please do fill out your Bio form.
