Re: Haspen Acres Run

What is Haspen Acres like, what kind of camping or hotels, etc. I still haven't decided where I am going yet, but I am going somewhere!

Re: Haspen Acres Run

haspen is pretty rough wheel'n ,lots or rutts ,guys on 44's have run up ,over, and all over everything.lots of reveins off camber.primitive camping only i beleive but i could be wrong.you can wheel all day/night long.camping for the night included in the cost of addmissoin and is where ever you pitch a tent.11 bucks a day/night.
its out side a town called Laural off 121 in Franklin county IN.people who run the park are friendly.not to much crawling to be had ...not as pretty as badlands or stock friendly for that matter.but non the less its good old fashion Indiana wheel'n,you'll have a blast.
and that is one of the more wild weekends to be down their . :-)

Re: Haspen Acres Run

I used to go to Haspin Acres a lot. The description sounds about right. A lot of wooded wheeling, actually, almost all woods. Lots of bugs. Any and all vehicles are allowed. That includes bike, 3 wheelers, 4 wheelers, buggies....anything. Sometimes, actually most of the time these guys are running at break neck speeds. I know that several people have died out there. Alcohol is allowed, so be aware of that. I have SEEN people get hurt. If you go, be careful! Thats about all I can say.
