$$$$Who should get it?$$$$

I am ready to order an extended slip yoke for my front driveline, and I have a few questions.

First of all what size do I need? I have a standard do it yourself SPOA, I think it raised it 5-5.5". We also moved the front axle an inch foreword by drilling the spring pads.

Where should I order it from? Is there more than one place to get it?

Also:
I would like to eventually do the back to front sami spring conversion with a new set of OME's or possibly a new set of standard sami rears and some 1/2" shackles or something.
Will this change the size of extension I need?
