my welder isn't strong enough. i tried 2 of em and neither held up. try mike shannon on the board. he's really cool and lives in arlinton area. he welded ppillards for him.

87 sammy (RAIL BUGGY) PROJECT 50 % complete. isuzu/chevy luv motor, auto tranny, tube chassis,3 link coils rear,at least 35" boggers, and whatever else i can get a deal on and modify.

Do I have to yank the diff, or can it be done while still on the vehicle?

Grrr, that requires putting it back in. I've destroyed and rebuilt 1.3's until I can safely do it in my sleep. I've never even opened the pumpkin before. Mike, are you a patient kinda guy? [img]/wwwthreads_images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

it only takes about a hour to pull it all apart. and about 1 hr. to weld it. its not that hard to do give me a call and i will walk you through it. 817-819-0268 later mike

hey mike, i never got any axles for the zook buggy thing so i guess i'll run the stockers for awhile. will ya have a chance to weld mine front and rear also????? also my wife's $1500 tranny ate up my zook budget, but did you ever get those fj60 axles in. ??? i should have some money to play with around the end of the month.if so, i probably still want em.
