Texas Zuks

I will soon be leaving the normal world and moving to the Houston/Galveston area. Are there any good places to wheel in the area? I see several clubs in the Houston area, but they look like full size and jeep clubs. Any samis down there? I know there is barnwell & gilmer north of there. East texas Jeep assoc? any help is appreciated. Looking especially for a group of guys who don't mind flipping me back over.

Re: Texas Zuks

I know of about 10-12 Zukis that hit the local mud holes pretty hard in Houston. I'll try to locate an email address for you. TexasA&MOffroad is in or near Conroe I believe, you may want to get together with him also.

"10-12 zuks that hit the mudholes" That is very encouraging indeed.

With numbers like that, statistically & hopefully there will be someone who drives worse than me. Thanks- Neil.

Re: Texas Zuks

I just emailed him, if he says okay, I'll pass on his email address to you. I don't want to give out things like that without permission first.

I also gave him the address to this BBS so hopefully he and all his friends will be up here posting about all their rigs. One of them has the small block 350 installed. To me that's just TOO much, but hey.. it's still cool to know it is there.
