Ata boys

Just wanted to express my pleasure with ordering from NorthCoast Off-Road. I called Thursday night and placed my order and it was delivered today complete. Customer Service is a dieing breed. I was treated special from the time I placed my call. Just wanted to give a ata boy for a job well done.

Re: Ata boys

You won't have a problem with Tim. He and Brent at Trail Tough and Gary at Petroworks are the best in the Suzuki aftermarket community.I have had good luck with these 3 vendors. Tim it won't be long now for the SPOA. Just waiting for tires and rims. Then I'll need the cross-over steering. I should have bought it at the MELT!!! DOH!!!

Re: Ata boys

Tim and Gary are great on the phone, so is Brent.
The other person I'm real impressed by is Gary Wheeler, he called me back just to tell me my bumper was being boxed up,
but wouldn't go out until the next day because the UPS truck
came and went while he was packing it up. He really didn't have to make a long distance call for that.

Re: Ata boys

Tim at NCO rocks! I have nothing but good things to say about him!! All of my orders have been correct, complete and shipped FAST!! When I talked to him about a full SPOA set up he even told me which parts weren't in and how long it'd take to get them! I was impressed with (even though I didn't go with a complete kit) because you know some vendors will sell something as if they have it in stock then you wait and wait and wait and wait.... Tim doesn't do that!! Re: Ata boys

Perry, nothing special. Just repair parts. I do have something new to unvail at the Barnwell run. Let's just say the Missing links are now in the garbage. Plus I finally broke down and rebuilt the t-case and I am repairing my front axle. It has been a busy month. I just wished I could have went to Colorado with you and Mike.
