gratuitous showing off

Ok everyone. Now that I finally am about finished with my Samurai I thought it might be interesting to see some before and after pictures of people rigs.

Here are mine.

Re: gratuitous showing off

Looks good, sortof remindes me of Tim Tackett's Samurai. When will you have some pix of the suspensions flex maxed out? Id like to see how well the CSC kit does with SPUA.

Quite the transformation. Looks real good. How long did it take to get all that work done?

Re: gratuitous showing off

This is my first Samurai last October when I bought it and as it looks today. It is being driven daily during the week and during the weekend it is up on the jack stands. Oh... Did I mention that these things multiply like rabbits?!?! I've bought and sold a red 87, have a white 87 in the back yard for parts, another teal 87 that I took in trade that will be here tomorrow, and possibly a 87 hardtop this weekend. That would be five in less than a year, and the year's not over yet, but I may be when my wife finds out about the two new arrivals this week! Hey Billy Bob, do you have space for me and my zooks when my wife kicks me out this weekend?

87' Samurai sitting on jack stands in driveway under constructionů stay tuned.

Re: gratuitous showing off

I bought it in the middle of April this year. I just got the lift put on this past weekend. Granted I had all the parts needed well over a month ago, but was waiting for my CSC kit to come in (took 11 weeks).

Re: gratuitous showing off

you have to have the pic available in a file in your computer. when you post there is a box to check that says "I want to preview my post and/or attach a file." Check it and follow the prompts. My humble opinion is that a post with an attachment is better than one with a picture that has to load before you can read the other posts.
