Re: Dopey\'s all grown up!!

yeah, reliable if you dont want to be able to turn... that zook badly needs steering corrections... and the blocks really arent a good idea

Re: Dopey\'s all grown up!!

ok guy's first of all.....think about his name(dopey)! Then think about weather or not he's going to take the blocks off. And no, he can't turn right! But, it still goes pretty much where ever he want's it to!

Re: Dopey\'s all grown up!!

correct me if im wrong, but the extra stress that the steering puts on the front suspension can cause all kinds of problems with blocks on the front end

Re: Dopey\'s all grown up!!

Yes, but it's more than just that...most of the vehicle's weight is on the front wheels during hard braking...giving them more traction....which in turn is trying to turn the axles on the springs. Not good if you give it three more inches of leverage!! POW!!!! out comes the blocks!!
Although I have no room to talk...mine has the same blocks his has. I bought it like that, and have been to lazy to get them out for 3 yrs. (YJ springs after Zukimelt!!!!!)
And I have stood mine on the front bumper (literally!!) with the brakes, and brutally abused it offroad, with nary a problem from my blocks...but I know it's coming!!!!!
