I have a nice set of 5 31x10.50 Mud tires on 15x7 USWheel chrome spokes. I measured them the other day, four are at about 12/32's of tread, and the 5th is new (14/32 tread).

I have over $500 in this set. The Zuki is gone...and I want these out of my way asap (I got another 'toy', a 944 so I need some $$$ to start the restoration).

They are in CT, I will not ship. Make me any kind of fair offer, and come get 'em.

Those are Good tires, I would use those. But as for Spoke wheels with all terrain tires? That clashes, big time. There are functional reasons why I wouldn't want that combination also. Spoke rims never looked too good to me when they are covered in mud and dirt; neither would your disk breaks. Getting mud and dust all over your disk breaks is bad for them and the pads. What I would use is a solid hum wheel, like a Cragar series 54, It is a solid chome, aluminum inner and steel outer bolted onto it- Very nice rim. Those would keep the dust and mud away from your breaks. They aren't really heavy like spoked rims, either.

Uh, yeah, uh well thanks for offering your opinion.

Rather than discuss fashion, I'm simply trying to sell the rims or tires or both. I would suspect that about 90% of the Zukis I have encountered on the trail run some type of spoked wheels (black, white, or chrome).

If anybody's interested they are in CT. I'll make a great deal for anybody from this list.

I think Huer's thinkin' spoke rims like old MG rims or the kind you see on those lowrider Chevy's. I think you're thinkin' spoke rims which are referred to as "Wagon wheel" type rims... Sort of like the pre 88.5 rims in appearance?

No offense, but who could get that confused? I've not run into anybody yet who didn't know what a "chrome spoke" wheel was. Those like an early MG would have are "wire wheels".

Oh well, no matter. The whole issue is kind of amusing.

I can't ship...those tires would likely cost close to $100 to ship, seriously, and I'm not sure that UPS would even take them.

So, unfortunately, I must stick to my local pickup only requirement. Anybody local will not believe how good of a deal they will get...but they have to act asap.
