Re: any ideas?

I made a cloth hinge out of a piece of denim cut about 2" wide and glued it with spray adhesive to the inside. It was intended to be a temporary fix when I first got the truck until I had time to make a more permanent hinge, but it's 6 months and still holding..

Re: any ideas?

Ya might try the hinge idea and rivet it.. Make sure to put washers on the expanding side of the rivet or else it will crack the plastic.. If you use the real small ones, seems like it would look ok..

Re: any ideas?

Hey, I took a thick strip of leather and rivoted it on the glove box door and used the stock screws to attach it to the glove box. Works great.
