welded diff.

I know the cons against welding the rear diffs. but I have two, I also want to save the dollars by not buying a locker. That being said I need pictures or someone able to describe exactly what it is I weld. I have removed the third member from the housing, but I can not figure out where to weld. can anyone help?
Thanks in advance.

Re: welded diff.

What I did, was take the spiders out, carefully make sure the were properly lined up, then proceded to make them into basicly a mini spool, after that, since it wouldnt fit in to the carrier, I ground enough down so it would fit, then proceded to completly weld up just about everything I could making it to as much as a solid piece as possible.
