Re: toyota springs ?

Too stiff. If you feel like you want to go thru the work of fabricating a system to install 2.5" springs, go with a set of flexy Wrangler springs.... not pickup truck springs.

if you gotta go with pickup truck springs, try the Mazda p'up springs. All my Toy freinds are using them. More flexy than Toyota.

Re: toyota springs ?

TOYOTA SPRINGS ROCK! i used 81 toy rear 4x4 springs. less wrap awseome ride soooft. and massive travel. they are wider so you need wider spring plates. and i redrilled the springs 1 1/4 inch forward to locate the axle proprly. they will come out even withe the end of your stock rear bumper. i'll include some pics.

Re: toyota springs ?

3 springs in the pic i took 2 out but later had to reinstall them for spring wrap. the yellow pic has the springs back stock again. still flexes the same. and the drop links made up the difference in spring length. was a great conversion for me.
