Another Front Cage Question

There was a recent post about fitting the front hoop between the door and the dash. I was looking at that too. On CJ's and FJ40's you can bring the hoop down and mount it to a plate attached to the front cowl. This is the pillar that the windshield is braced to. On those bobtails that is a very strong attachment point, better that just bolting the hoop to the bottom of the tub. Is the samurai's cowl strong enough for this? Note, a tube is usually welded across the top of the dash to brace this up. Also, I noticed that there is a bracket that holds the dash up to the cowl, I was wondering if this brace was beefed up if it would make a good attachment point to weld the front hoop too?
