Weber 5220-help any of you???

Hey guys

I have no idea whether or not this is of interest. I recently parted out an 85 Dodge Omni GLH. One of the unique things about the car is it had a recent Weber carb (about 2 years old, but literally only 5000 miles or so according the owner's very complete records on the car).

Anyway, it's a model 5220. Would this carb fit a Zuki, and could any of you use it? Overall, the Zuki community has been pretty good to me so I figure I will cut somebody on here a deal if they want it. The car ran VERY well before I parted it (it had a salvage title, making the running car useless in CT). I have already more than recovered my investment through selling parts on the net, so at this point I would just like to help somebody out with a cheap deal if you all can use it.

Let me know...I'll ship anywhere in the USA, and I'm going to be looking for around $75 for the carb (if you pay shipping).

Thanks

Would that be the same carb that was used on a 87 Omni/Horizon. My dad has one with a shot carb. If so I'll see if he is interested. Jim

If it's carbed, I would suppose so. I thought an 87 was FI.

Jim, if he wants it, I'll cut him/you a deal since it's YOU and all! This carb truly is MINT...and I cut off all of the cables from the other car, so in other words the carb is completely assembled, I cut the CAR around it

Mike, I'll talk to him this evening. It definatly is carbed and might be '86. Maybe I'll go to his house and take a couple pics and send them to you to see if it is the same. I'll be in touch. Thanks. Jim
