help with old lady problem

me and my old lady are having a baby in aug. and she is all over my back about baby are costly or always need some thing more. i try to get her to see that the sammi is that way to, but she looks at this all wrong. she thinks the baby should get what it needs before i get what i "want" ( i don't want something i need something, it's a woman thing). but now i am at a buddy house, spending the nite because i tried to explain that the sammi was here way before the baby so that means that it's need to be filled before anyone elses. so am i rite in this or should i go back with my tail between my legs and agree with her?

Re: help with old lady problem

I was once married to a woman who would spend the last $20 we had to buy food, knowing there wasn't a drop of liquor in the house. Needless to say she never did get her priorities straight... and you know where she is now? I don't either, but I sure miss that boat and motor she took with her.

Re: help with old lady problem

Hate me if you want but i couldnt read that post and not post a reply.

Correct me if im wrong but basically your saying that your sami is more important than your kid. Well i jus dont see how it could be. And this is comin from a person who doesnt want kids, oh ya im also only 19. I truly believe you are the only one on this board that would put there sami before family. Kids come first, toys second. At least thats the way my parents have been.

Sorry for my rant, but that jus hit me wrong.

I would trade a thousand samurai with klunes and arbs for a single minute with one of my children. There simply is no comparison. Kids first.

Re: help with old lady problem

This is a joke, right?

Needs is one thing, wants is another. She is right about the baby getting what it needs first, but there is a limit on the wants. She has to recognize your need to have a release from stress, in my case it's my jeep (and Zuki). Without it, I'll go nuts trying to relax. Do you guys have another vehicle? How much is the Zuki costing now? I have had to sacrifice before (no kids yet though), and have had to rebuild what I lost, but it makes it worth more to you later on.

Re: help with old lady problem

If your Zuk is becoming that big of a problem, get rid of it. You can always get another one later. Your "old Lady" and kid are a priority right now. How do you think your kid would feel if one day he knew you sold him out for a Suzuki part? If I were him I'd feel like $hit and be madder than hell at you! Get your priorities straight and support her while she's pregnate. You try to pass a watermellon through your butt hole.

I can't even believe that you'd post something like this!! I have 3 kids and a wife and I'd sacrifice my life and all worldly possessions for any one of them. Grow up and face your responsibility.

Give it to me; I'll break it.
