Lock-rite swap...?

Does anyone know if you can take a lock-rite for the rear of a zook and swap it to the front?

I did that on mine, you just have to take everything apart and swap out the internal parts.Be very carefull to replace any shimms to their original positions!good luck...

Re: Lock-rite swap...?

I depends on which lockrite you have. If it is the one that uses the original side gears. It is a easy switch. If you have one that has side gears it is not so simple. The rear axle has 26 splines and I beleive the front only has 21 splines. So you would have to upgrade your axles to a 26 spline. I beleive that the Calmini HD front axles are 26 spline and there are a couple other people I think making the 26 spline front axles.
