Tons of Pics of my 86 HT Samurai Project.

Just thought I would share these with everyone. Since the archive site is down I put these on a temp webpage. My main site will be down for awhile yet as im doing a complete make over and adding TWICE the content. Tim at NCO will be hosting the new site when I complete the work.

Here are the Pics:

Re: Tons of Pics of my 86 HT Samurai Project.

You failed to mention all fo the window tint you had to remove. I can't believe that's the same Sami I went and looked at! It looks good! I didn't get it becasue it was so dirty and had been sitting for a little bit but you've done a nice job cleaning it up. the rust isn't all that bad. Most of the ones I have looked at have been twice as bad as that one.

Did you buy it without looking at it? I know you drove a long way to get it. I couldn't imagine making that trip twice.

I bought one from NJ sight unseen once. I'll tell ya' it was the last car I bought that way!!

Good luck with your project and keep us informed.

Re: Tons of Pics of my 86 HT Samurai Project.

Thanks guys

Hehe I forgot about all that tint, I removed that stuff before I took it off the tow dolly. I did buy it sight unseen because I was looking for a HT JX(and I really wanted white) for about 3 months with no luck at all. When the guy went down to 300.00 and told me both sides had the orig stripes I gave in. I know what you mean though, when I saw it for the first time it was soooo dirty. But under all that filth was a solid truck. Just to a lot of time to get there. Also it couldnt have been sitting too long cause the inspection was still good on it. I bought my other sammy sight unseen to in NJ but that was a no brainer 5K orig miles, showroom condition was all I needed to hear
