Hey guys, I got to go and play for a bit today! I started the day out by installing a new clutch in my faithful sami! Then proceeded to test it out on some local dirtbike trails. Well, to make a long story short, I managed to break two out of three of my t-case mounts, bent my z-link all to
[email protected]!!, and discovered a rampant rear axle seal leak. What a day!...
Question tho, I gotta buddy who went in his 86 zook, his engine died not too long back and he recently installed a used one out of a newer zook that runs really great, lots of power! But the engine has a problem, it gets to a certian temp (usually takes around 10-15 minutes of runnin') and then it starts to cut out real bad. All he can really do is idle at that point. If he shuts it down, and let's it cool, then he will be good for another 10-15 minutes. It does NOT seem to be overheating in the least bit. The engine ran perfect in the zook he took it out of, and he never had this problem with his old engine, so we think that there is likely some sensor somewhere that isn't adjusted quite right. Please help! Thanks in advance.
