OK, whats it called again?

I've replaced my starter 4 times in one saturday. I've checked the ring gear, I've made sure that everything lines up correctly. I've replaced the ground wire from the batt to the body, I've replaced the ground wire on the starter. But I still get a "click" "click" "click" "click" "vroooom" all the time. I know that there's one more variable some where. I was told it was a starter relay or something? Please help..
Thanks, Gino

Petroworks has a starter fix that may be right for your problem.

Re: OK, whats it called again?

Ive had the exact same problem as you, a lot. What i did is, i wired the starter on a relay, so when you turn the key, the power isnt going through the wiring harness, and the ignition switch but, directly from the battery, through the relay to the starter... Works great, i never had a probem since.

Here's a writeup for the relay. I'm going to be doing the same for both of my zukes
