are these any good? I'm replacing the crappy shocks I have in and am looking for a decent brand.

Re: RS5000???

The Rancho's RS5000! Hell NO! Thay are WAY TOO STIFF for the light Zuk, you would be better off getting some shocks at Auto Zone or Napa!

Re: RS5000???

If you want some good shocks I am starting to see a lot of people using DOETSCH shocks they are cool because you can get almost any length and have heard great things about there performance!

Thanx

Re: RS5000???

We have dropped all other shocks but the DT's. RS5000's and the Trailmaster SSV's are way to stiff. If you don't want to pop for some really good shocks, you can get by on the Red Ryder shocks for about $10 - $12 each, but sizes are very limited, and they only last about a year. RS9000's are great, but expensive. I dropped them also as you can get them cheaper from Summit or Desert Rat cheaper than I can buy them. Do not by any shocks that are gas charged, no matter what brand or how cheap. Only use a straight hydraulic oil shock.
