Longer shock mount location??

I know you can use Ford truck front shock mounts to get longer shocks on.
But what about the rear? Do you just move the upper mounts closer together?? Not much room to go higher!!

Re: Longer shock mount location??

When I did my SPOA I moved my upper rear shock mounts in to get them as
close to each other as possible. When you tilt the shocks like that it
somehow always you to use the longest shock possible.

Re: Longer shock mount location??

I have the bolton rear upper shockmounts from http://www.rocky-road.com, they were $39. Some of the other vendors probably have soemthing simular. I know http://www.petroworks.com does.

You could also make one out of that square stock with the holes down the sides pretty easy...

Re: Longer shock mount location??

My shock is the same one as the pic that Lojones posted but the mounts have been moved closer to the center and are only about 2 inches apart from each other.
