zuke 2

Just got another myself. I bought it site unseen. They are hard to come by around here. It's a hard top though. That was One question I forgot to ask. Engine seems to be in great shape and thats what I wanted. But after looking at it, I may just build on it to. Now I have to figure out how to explain it to my wife.

Looks like it's in nice shape John. Was it a good deal? Looks like it has nice aftermarket rims.

Re: zuke 2

rgd- It was a fair deal. I got it for the engine which sounded strong. But there is a lot of work to make it a driver. Lots of rust in the normal places. No battery,3 wheel flares and they are JUST hanging on. I was surpprised to see all the glass in new condition and the rear door solid. Oh, no keys either, long story on that one. I paid $300 for it. It's an early 88 so thats good news for my 87. You can see more rust in this pic

Re: zuke 2

Thanks Billy Bob, after taken the beer goggles off. I see LOTS a rust, 2 layers of PURPLE vinyl window tint on those not so clear glass panes, bondo around the rear door hindges,no brakes,no keys for sure(that cost 37.50 at locksmith)

GOOD news.....I think.......the wife wants this one. I'll have to arm wrestle her for it! I was thinkin of a stiff suspension with 3 inch springs, baby rocklobster, and 29x12.5 terras for just mudd and sand stuff. Now i gotta figure how to take both zukes on runs

Now.... where did I leave those goggles?

john
