Public Apology

This is a public apology to Dave at Asian Auto Parts of Arizona. I have badmouthed him in a couple of threads about bad vendors this past week. I finally got my parts that I ordered on 3/15/01 today. He had told me that his warehouse had moved, and that was the reason for the original delay. That was OK, and I understood. However, after he told me he'd shipped the stuff, and I still hadn't got it, I was starting to wonder.
Turns out, our good old U.S. Postal Service, shipped the stuff by their "Priority Mail" on 4/3/01. And I finally received it on 4/16/01. If that's their "Priority Service" I'd hate to have something come by regular mail!
I ordered this stuff from Dave since he was highly recommended by many on this bbs, and I do want to support the vendors that cater to our market, especially the smaller ones.

Re: Public Apology

Nice Job Larry!
It's easy to point a finger, but it takes a man to say he's sorry or admit he was wrong..I applaud your effort to apologize!

Re: Public Apology

Understandable...water under the bridge now. No harm done on Dave's end from where I sit, I'd order from him.

Re: Public Apology

Yep, I'll be ordering again I'm sure. It's unfortunate that the U.S. Postal Service can't do a better job. And now they want to raise the rates again. With that, and gas prices, glad I'm driving a Zuk, well actually 3 of them. 2 Sami's and a Kick.
