Uwharrie terrain ranges from 2 to 8 on a 1 to 10 scale. It is very dependant on the weather. If we have a lot of rain then the hardest trail is close to an 8. But if it's dry then the hardest trail is around a 6. We plan on having 3 groups. Stock, modified, and one yet to be determined. The thing I like about Uwharrie is that you can challenge yourself more just by taking a harder line on the obsticles. Yet if your running a stock vehicle you can still run most of the trails.

Most of the group will be rough camping and the site is at the start of one of the trails. There is a campground closeby with showers if you don't want to rough camp. I think they charge around $12 per night. Of coarse our rough campsite is free.
