Customer service???

First, a disclaimer: I don't know this guy, and don't know if this is true, and I am in no way responsible for this web page.
But if this is really true....I thought people should know.
I found this on another Suzuki BBS.
You don't treat POLITE customer complaints like this!!!"

Re: Customer service???

I read the whole thing, and it kinda sounds like the customer is full of st*t. It's missing the whole first part (1st contact), and when Calmini sends a new system out, the guy returns it instead of the old! Why?? The guy is probibly a scam tring to get something free. I've had some problems with Calmini's products but Steve K resolved them quik. My 2 cents
