1.6

Does anyone know if a 1.3 head and intake can be used on a Suzuki Esteem 1.6L block so you can use the 1.3 distributor, throttle body injection, and ECU?

Re: 1.6

It should work. the Esteem block is the same one used in the Sidekick/Tracker. Whcih 1.3 head did you want to use? A current trend in the Swift world is to use the bottom end of an esteem and fit the 1.3 GT heads.... instant 160hp. Well over 200 with basic bolt-ons and head work!

Re: 1.6

The Esteem is the 1600 saloon right ?
Will the transmission from the 1300 bolt up, and are the engine mounts the same ?
Alfie.
