O2 sensor removal

Hi,
I'm looking for some more ideas. I want to change out my O2 sensor and that thing is like welded into the manifold. I have soaked it with penatrating oil, no luck. I brought it up to operating temperature, still no luck. The nut is starting to round off and I'm getting a little worried. I have thought of breaking the stem off and drilling out the rest of it thinking that may allow me to get this thing off. Any idea's? It would really be a b!&#% to have to replace the exhuast manifold. You know, just a little anti sieze compound would have made my life a whole lot easier.
