22re Swap Info Needed, lets get some valuable info

Looking for info on this swap... There is alot of talk about it, but none seems to have anything. I have been to TOPICA/POR/4x4wire/ and can't find any decent info. I have
22re in a 85 celica so I have all the parts that will be needed. What did you do for motor mounts? Can you use the existing fan or do you need an electric? Is there enough underhood room? I plan on taking pics of the swap from start to finish. Has anyone ever done an EFI? I have swapped toyota's from Carb to EFI before so this shouldn't be too difficult for me. Anyone have any PICS or LINKS I don't care about how hard it was and to use a 1.6 instead. I am going to go toyota drivetrain, simply because it is the best. Thanks.

i am gonna do this swap next winter. from what ive measured so far the eng,trans,&t-case out of a p/u will just fit. you'll need a body lift. and electric fans. thats all i know so far. i try not to get to far ahead of myself. btw i don't think you'll get much help on this board with your quest. i think only 1 guy did it but i haven't seen any details. good luck and keep us posted.

build it, break it, then build it better.
